VCI Rust Preventive Paper This is processed by evenly applying a VCI vaporized rust preventive formula syrup onto high-quality rust preventive base paper. At room temperature, it slowly vaporizes and emits gaseous molecules on the metal surface to produce an ionization effect, solving the problem of rust. Through the metal potential difference, it achieves a long-term and stable rust prevention effect.
VCI Rust Preventive Paper Usage Requirements:
1. Pre-packaging: Ensure that the packaged product is dry and clean, free of water stains, rust, and other corrosive chemicals;
2. Operating Environment: The packaging operating environment should avoid excessive moisture and avoid acids, alkalis, and other strongly corrosive substances and corrosive gases;
3. Packaging Process: Packaging operators must wear clean gloves to prevent the product from rusting due to perspiration;
4. Packaging Process: The side of the VCI rust preventive paper containing the corrosion inhibitor should face the metal packaging. The uncoated rust preventive paper can be used as a buffer pad between metal products to prevent other barrier materials from containing S and CL chemical components and affecting the rust prevention effect;
5. Paper Selection: Select VCI rust preventive paper with suitable rust prevention performance and different strengths according to the metal properties and surface regularity of the packaged product;
6. Packaging Completion: After packaging is complete, it should be placed in a sealed bag as soon as possible, such as a plastic bag or a sealed turnover box, and check for damage to the plastic bag and turnover box container to avoid affecting the sealing effect;
7. Reference Standard: Use gas-phase corrosion prevention packaging materials correctly according to GB/T 14188.
