As the name suggests, vapor phase rust inhibitor is a volatile rust preventive agent. VCI rust preventive paper is a high-tech rust prevention product, made from dozens of chemical raw materials through chemical processes.
VCI rust preventive paper It is a volatile rust-proof packaging material, made of volatile chemical corrosion inhibitor VCI molecules. These molecules are uniformly coated on a neutral paper substrate and have good physical strength. At room temperature, the paper surface slowly releases gas. This gas can decompose with corrosive media such as moisture, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide in the air on the metal surface, forming an invisible stable protective film, thereby protecting the metal and its products from corrosion.
