VCI Rust Preventive Paper Manufacturers generally explain the cause of metal rusting based on electrochemical theory. They can isolate the penetration of external water, moisture, oil, and drugs, preventing the diffusion and loss of effective gases in the internal rust preventive agent, making the rust prevention effect more effective.
5. When packaging metals, steel, and machinery, no rust-preventative oil or paint needs to be applied, nor any other treatment of the vaporized rust preventive material. The work environment is clean, eliminating the need for washing and degreasing, saving labor and materials, improving labor efficiency, protecting the environment, and reducing costs. Metal parts can be unpacked and used immediately, especially when time is of the essence. After use, they can be reused in the packaging. It is a simple, effective, and ideal packaging material.
VCI Rust Preventive Paper Manufacturers suggest placing metal workpieces in VCI rust preventive paper or bags. When the workpiece is removed from the VCI rust preventive bag, the protective molecular film on the surface will automatically evaporate, eliminating the need for cleaning or secondary processing before subsequent treatments such as painting or electroplating.
