II. Usage of VCI Rust Preventive Paper:
1. Rust preventive paper should be in close contact with the product surface as much as possible, and there should be no obstacles between the protected metal product and the rust preventive paper. Completely seal the rust preventive paper for storage for up to 3 years.
2. Before packaging, the rust preventive paper should be rust-free and the surface should be free of foreign objects.
3. The rust preventive paper should be as close as possible to the packaging object, and no other items can be placed in between.
4. Completely wrap the packaged goods with rust preventive paper, and use cartons or other sealed packaging.
5. Avoid direct sunlight above 30°C, and store in a cool and dry place.
6. Place it indoors at room temperature and seal it with its original packaging.
7. Suitable for small-scale packaging. Wrapping with rust preventive paper and then using ordinary thin film packaging will yield better results.
III. Application Scope of VCI Rust Preventive Paper:
1. Engine parts, body stamping parts, clutch pressure plates and covers, and airbag generators.
2. Motor rotors and stators, motor housings, powder metallurgy parts, bearings, elevator parts, and cute slide rails and screws.
3. Lead frames, strip electroplated coils, circuit boards, etc.
4. Computer hard drives, chassis, power supplies, and battery box stamping parts, etc.
5. Shipbuilding, welding wires, high-speed train components, and military products, etc.
IV. Storage Method of VCI Rust Preventive Paper:
The storage method of rust preventive paper is relatively simple, but it should still be stored according to regulations, mainly including the following points:
1. Rust preventive paper needs to be sealed to avoid contact with air, so as not to affect the rust prevention effect;
2. It should be placed in a cool and dry place and should not be exposed to the sun; VCI rust preventive paper;
3. Try to keep the indoor temperature low;
4. Avoid contact with fire sources;
5. Do not contact acid-base substances;
6. The effective use date of rust preventive paper is within one year. For best results, please use it within the shelf life.
