VCI rust prevention bags are a new generation of innovative high-tech products based on polymer materials and VCI technology. After using film packaging and sealing rust prevention products, the VCI contained in the film begins to sublime and volatilize rust prevention gas factors, diffusing and penetrating the surface of the rust prevention products and adsorbing on it, forming a dense monomolecular protective film layer that can isolate various factors that cause rust and contact with the surface of the rusted object, thereby effectively preventing rust.
How to use VCI rust prevention bags:
1. Before packaging, the surface of the rust-proof items should be cleaned and dried, and then packaged at room temperature and sealed with a rust-proof film. If packaging oil, it should be confirmed that the oil does not contain S, Cl and other chemical components, otherwise it will negatively affect the effectiveness of VCI.
2. Please wear clean gloves when packaging and do not touch the rust-proof items with bare hands.
3. If there are protrusions or corners on the rust-proof items, be careful not to pierce the film. If accidentally damaged, the wound should be sealed with industrial tape in time to ensure sealing.
4. During the rust prevention packaging operation, the workplace should be away from "acids, alkalis and other highly corrosive substances and corrosive gases".
VCI rust prevention bags are suitable for metals: ferrous metals, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass and bronze, electroplated metals, zinc and alloys, chromium and alloys, cadmium and alloys, nickel and alloys, tin and alloys, aluminum and alloys, stainless steel and other metal materials and products.
