It can be processed by crushing, bonding, extrusion, vacuum molding, compression molding, etc. The foam material with fine bubbles has a smooth appearance, can be colored, and has a beautiful effect.
EPE Pearl Cotton As a packaging material, it has a strong advantage over foamed polystyrene. Its surface is soft and not easy to scratch the product surface, and it also has a strong buffer and shockproof effect.
At the same time, the advantage of EPE pearl cotton is that it can be weathered and degraded. After EPS foam board is discarded, it will not naturally degrade under the sun and wind, causing environmental pollution. EPE pearl cotton will slowly weather and degrade under natural conditions. Therefore, EPE pearl cotton is a good substitute for foamed polystyrene used in packaging in many European Union countries.
EPE Pearl Cotton Anti-static treatment can be performed, and the product meets SGS testing. Do not nail nails on the ground during construction. After construction, do not nail nails on the ground to prevent damage to the heating coil. Before laying the reinforced floor, EPE pearl cotton composite film rolls (EPE pearl cotton bag processing materials) should be laid to isolate moisture and release it from the surrounding baseboards, and the keel should not be laid. Leave sufficient expansion joints between the floor and the walls, use thicker baseboards than currently common floors, and the laying of the floor and the installation of the baseboards should be carried out in two separate constructions. 48 hours after laying the floor, after the glue is completely dry, remove the fasteners, and then do the baseboard.
EPE Pearl Cotton Heating can only be applied to the floor 24 hours after installation. It is a good heat preservation, moisture-proof, and heat insulation material, and it has been widely used in construction and decoration due to its low cost and superior performance.
